Ingredients required for the recipe
Making this cake is not too much of a problem. If you have experience in baking, then you won’t require much help in getting it done. The ingredients would be 4 large eggs, 2 large egg yolks, softened unsalted butter 12 tablespoons, 1 cup granulated sugar, 130gm peanut butter, ½ cup whole milk, plain non-fat yoghurt ½ cup, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, 225gm all purpose flour, 1 g salt and 14g baking soda. The quality of all the ingredients should be checked thoroughly. It is best if one purchases it from a renowned market place. The better the quality of the ingredients, the better will be the cake.
Preparing the peanut butter cake
A big kitchen aid bowl would be required. There the whole eggs and the egg yolks have to be mixed. Thoroughly whip the mixture while slowly adding the granulated sugar to it. This has to be continued for 5 minutes. The batter should be so well done that the egg and sugar cannot be made separately. It should be a whole and smooth mixture, which cake form ribbon like patterns with the spatula. After this has been done, the baking soda, flour, and salt have to be mixed. Then the milk, yogurt and the reserve should be combined gently. The next stage would be the mixing of the softened peanut butter along with the softened butter. This peanut butter mixture needs to be added to the egg batter. Now, the entire mixture has to be whipped with double force, to bring in the right consistency. Now, 1/3 of the flour mixture must be added to it, and gentle mixing has to be done. Next, only ½ of the milk/yogurt mixture has to be poured into it, and stirred. The mixture is ready to be poured into the preheated baking pans. After, baking for 25 to 45 minutes, the cake will be ready to be served. You can always choose to do your own frosting or decoration on top of the cake, to bring in an appealing look.
